We have a beautiful fully furnished part-time space available. The space has high ceilings, natural light, new paint, bamboo flooring and a/c heat unit. The waiting room has tea and water service for patients/clients. The rent includes wi-fi, utilities, and use of common space. We have an infared sauna for providers and their clients/patients as well as onsite coin-op laundry.
Rent is $150 per day for 3 days per week per month and $175 per day for 2 days per week per month (minimum is 2 days per week). The current days available are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. We require 1st and last month's rent with a 6 month lease along with a $350 deposit. You must carry liability insurance. There is an option to be added to the website for $100 set-up and $50 annual fee.
