Hello All,

When I run registration for my CE classes I do so through my Square account. This way each person signing up will get an individual invoice for their records and I do not have to see anyone's credit card information. My policy is to charge a non-refundable deposit that will be noted on the invoice.  This is to guarantee that people will not pull out at the last minute.  This has been the policy for the last 10 years.  When contacting me for registration I need the name of the attendee as they want it written on the certificate of completion, their email address so I can send the invoice, their street address for my database and the best contact phone number.
