Located in the heart of West Bellevue are two rooms for rent in a fully loaded Authentic Pilates Studio, Nancy Wallace Pilates.
We are looking for someone who wants to be in an environment that shows caring and loyalty to their clients and health. As authentically trained instructors we care deeply about the long term physical health of our clients. We are looking for someone who is professional and would bring synergy into the space.
First Space:
Studio Wax has been with us for four years and has had great success growing their business. Presently, they have found a larger space and we are looking to watch another independent practitioner grow their business. The room is 10ft by 9ft. Parking is included and wi-fi.
Year long lease with first 3 months $650.00 and after that $775.00
Second Space:
Naturally lit with high ceiling and big windows is a 150 square foot space located in our Pilates Studio. This would be ideal for a nutritionist or Physical Therapist.
Year long lease with first 3 months at $775 and then $995.00 after
