Registration Form

Admission to Washington Spa Academy is determined on an individual basis. 

Applicants must be at least 17.5 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED. No previous massage or skincare experience is necessary. 

Step 1: Complete WSA Registration Form and submitted to the Admissions@waspaacademy.com

Step 2: $100.00 Registration for either 660-Hour Massage Licensing Program and the 780-Hour Esthetic Licensing Program.

Step 3: Upon receipt of your $100.00 registration fee, WSA will email your enrollment documents. 

          * The registration fee is non-refundable after five business days from the start of the school.
