ALIGN360 is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist (full-time & part-time)

Responsibilities
• Create rapport with each client
• Provide ROM or postural assessments
• Develop a treatment plan addressing the primary needs of each client
• Suggest frequency, home care regimens, and education that supports a client's goals
• Maintain SOAP notes to document client progress
• Offer in-house services that are appropriate to supplement the client's care
Qualifications
• Outgoing, engaging, and coachable. Ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Ability to go the distance and deliver an outstanding client experience
• Possess a strong desire to grow, learn, collaborate and be able to integrate constructive feedback
• Self-motivated, passionate, and dependable with a professional appearance and attitude
• Must have graduated from high school or received an equivalent degree
• Current Washington State Professional Massage Therapist License & Liability Insurance
• Must have experience in a variety of massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, and reflexology
• Must be able to lift up to 35 LBS
• Be available a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, including Saturdays and two weekdays
• Integrity, passion, and devotion to your craft to create an outstanding client experience is a must
Compensation
$35 - $65 hourly
