Student Clinic Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order for administrators and students to find a replacement for your appointment. Student absences may occur which could cause your session to be cancelled or rescheduled. In the event this occurs, you will be offered a complimentary massage for your next appointment.
Sessions begin and end at the appropriate times. Sessions that begin due to your late arrival will end at the appointed time and you will be charged the full price.
