What to Bring:

• Pair up with someone and bring a massage table (one table per two students)
• Items to bring with you: face cradle, face cradle covers, sheets, massage medium, a couple of massage cups, Water, wipes.
• Wear: This is a hands-on workshop so wear clean loose-fitting clothing and be prepared to both receive and deliver massage – no perfumes please.
• Lunch Boxed Lunches will be provided and you will indicate your preference when registering. If you have very strict dietary requirements, please bring your own lunch.
• Prerequisite: Complete and bring your pre-work. A link will be sent directly to you via email a few weeks before the class – watch for email from The Center for Pain Management – check your junk mail.
