Monthly Rent ranges from $450-1200/month dependent on your contract (2 days/week-7days/week). Room availability is dependent and confirmed at time of contract.
Included in rental fee: Furnishings, Utilities, Wifi, Linens, Towels, Equipment, Office Supplies, Client Tea Service, and Laundry Machine use
Share a common Reception, Lobby, Office Desk, Kitchen, Bathroom (no shower) - all in suite. Suite is 1000 sq ft.

YOU MUST BE LICENSED BY THE STATE OF WASHINGTON to perform any bodywork service. Do not apply if you are not licensed. We will report all bodyworkers that are practicing without a license to the Washington State Health Department.
