We are looking for massage and body therapist to grow their businesses within our Pilates studio. We are currently offering three different rooms. One is being used part time but there are two rooms that are available for a full-service massage business. Ample parking and sited in the coveted west Bellevue. I have helped many independent small businesses start their practice offering $250 monthly rent for the first two months and then $500 after. Depending on how often you used the space I would cap rent at $1000.00 per month. That is if you are operating a full-time business out of my studio, otherwise I am totally flexible and really just want to see everyone succeed.
