Maxwell Chiropractic & Wellness in Belltown has an immediate opening for experienced, licensed LMPs to join our growing team. As our massage business expands, we are in need of an experienced LMP to see our patients. We currently have a wait list for massage appointments! This is a long-term position with us.
The majority of our clients use health insurance, so prior credentialing in major networks is a big plus, though we will help the right candidate become credentialed. Many of our patients are referred here for clinical massage and your work will be under the direction of a doctor's prescription / diagnosis. This is a great place to work for experience in a clinical setting, collaborating with our chiropractor or other doctors.
We provide hourly pay per massage (starting rate is $30/hour of massage performed - not including tips). Also provided are patient referrals, scheduling/reception, all supplies, and a collaborative place to work!
We do not require marketing, though participation in marketing and growing clientele is offered bonus pay.
You are required to maintain an active state license and malpractice/liability insurance. Preferred techniques include myofascial, deep tissue, injury massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, and trigger point work.
Our chiropractic and massage office is also shared with acupuncture and naturopathic providers. Chiropractic care is offered complimentary to employees. We are in a busy part of Belltown and do not have staff parking, so the ability to commute by foot/bus/bike is a plus.
